To be an "Agent", representing the Church of God in Christ with operations and execution of assignments related to Security requires discipline, knowledge and skill.  This is why all persons who serve in the NSTF spend significant time each year in Training, participating in ongoing In-Service Development, to continue developing the skills, tools and awareness to operate in the spirit of Excellence.  This intentional and organized time of Training each year is the ACADEMY.

Twice a year, once in the Summer (typically during AIM Convention) and once in the Fall (during Holy Convocation) the NSTF Academy offers Demagogic Instruction, Real-World Scenarios, and Interactive Sessions for three (3) days.
